Lessons over, quick test in progress. Are we in safe hands?
We are on our way. After some initial weaving all over the canal until the Captains got the hang of the steering we settled down to enjoy the view slowly unfolding around us.
M making sure we are not going to take out the bridge!
Can't get the smiles off our faces.

P.S. We have managed to get in all our stuff. (Except for B&G who, having ignored Napton Narrowboats advice, had packed in large, hard suitcases which had to be left behind in a damp storage shed.)
Must away have just reached our first lock.
